It was worth the wait, although I found it a little *more* surreal than the last series... I think I reserve judgement until I see where the series is heading. Acting still great though!
by the way, why is green wing called 'green'? 'wing' for both 'hospital wing' and 'winging it', but what's the colour for? unless for the costumes in the operating theatre? ...but then again, it's not completely in the operating dept, so that wouldn't be very logical...
Thanks for all your great comments.(esp. Better Late Than Never...clearly somebody with good taste!)
In answer to your question 'la', if you listen to the audio commentary for Episode 1 on the Series 1 DVD, there's a full explanation by Victoria Pile, so I won't spoil it for you.
Wow it was definetly worth the wait! The characters are just as twisted and obsessed as before, which is great! There has been some comments in magazines and stuff that the second series would be a let down. But i thought it was just as good, i'll have to watch even more to find out if it's even better! lol
Yeah I have to agree it was great!! I loved Mac's dream sequences hehe. And the bit with the kitten! And the daddylong legs! And...well pretty much all of it hehe!
It was fantastic. After so much anticipation, it was such a great feeling about three seconds in (Guy on the back of the bike) to realise that it was going to live up to its GreenWinginess.
But did they really put Julian Rhind-Tutt in a coma? That's the only way I can think that anyone could keep so still...
I'm really glad they decided to rerun series one leading up to the new series - I'd forgotten how VERY funny it was and the re runs gave me a chance to remember that AND be properly prepared for the start of series 2.
I was screaming with laughter - and a VERY nice hook at the end. :-)
Glad you liked the Ep 9 commentary, and yes, well spotted, I got bumped for some other bloke...Julian somebody or other I think...not sure what he could have to say that was more important than me though! So yes...I can talk, and all sorts of other stuff too. I'm very multi-faceted, it's quite impressive...:)
Yes Reditt, there were some hilarious moments which will hopefully appear on the Series 2 DVD (which I'm assuming will come out). You'd think it would be the easiest thing in the world to act being in a coma, but hats off to Julian, I don't know how he got through it all so well...especially being licked by Tamsin!

DeFINitely worth the wait.
Amazing, just as good as the first series (so far) and it did seem more surreal but that's because of the dream sequences which were hilarious!

It was brilliant. Congratulations JPG!

I'm just going to reiterate what everyone else has said and say it was brilliant! Well done! :D
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.

Cant wait til next week! woo!
awww, doesn't he look pretty?
I think my favourite dream sequence was the"This town isn't big enough for the both of us" one, purely for the facial expressions of Alan Statham :D

(and v. interesting to see this blog too!)
It was brilliant. Area 51 looked amazing. And excellent commentary on the DVD JPG too. So you can talk too...
Yeah I see why you said the episode 9 commentary was the best lol. But you seemed to disappear half way through it!

Brill First three episodes:)
Esp the first, i imagine there must be some hilarious outtakes of JRT bursting out laughing during the coma scenes or did he keep totally still?
